961Connect (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a travel concierge based in Byblos, Lebanon. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and arrange your travel. When you use our trip planner or contact us, that may include:
- Your name and contact details (email, phone, country of origin).
- Trip details: arrival and departure dates, number of travellers, trip style, and the services you select.
- Any notes you choose to share (preferences, accessibility or dietary needs, special requests).
- Records of your communications with us by form, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
We do not collect payment-card details through this website. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote or itinerary.
- To arrange the services you request (transfers, hotels, drivers, tours, event transport).
- To coordinate with the local partners needed to deliver your trip.
- To keep records of our agreement and communications with you.
We rely on your consent and on the need to take steps to provide a service you have asked for. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Sharing with service providers
To deliver your trip we share the minimum necessary details with vetted local partners, such as drivers, hotels, and tour operators. They may only use that information to provide the service you booked. We may also disclose data where required by Lebanese law or a competent authority.
International transfers
We are based in Lebanon and process your data here. If you contact us from abroad, your data is transferred to Lebanon so we can respond. Where we use international messaging tools (for example WhatsApp), your communications are also handled under those providers’ own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we securely delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 you may, by contacting us:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Ask us to delete your data where we no longer need it.
- Withdraw your consent to future communications at any time.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future to understand how the site is used, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute relating to it falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Lebanese courts.
