These terms govern your use of the 961Connect website and the travel concierge services we provide in Lebanon. By contacting us or sending an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
About our service
961Connect is a travel concierge based in Byblos, Lebanon. We help you plan and coordinate travel, including airport transfers, hotel booking, day trips, private drivers, custom itineraries, and event transport. For many services we act as an intermediary that arranges and coordinates trusted local providers (such as drivers, hotels, and tour operators) on your behalf.
Enquiries & quotes
Submitting the trip planner or contacting us is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the details and given you a written confirmation by email, WhatsApp, phone, or message.
Pricing & payment
- Prices are quoted per request, in writing, before your trip.
- Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for the dates and party size agreed.
- Payment terms and accepted methods (cash, bank transfer, or card) are confirmed with each booking.
- Any taxes, entry tickets, or third-party fees are set out in your quote.
Changes & cancellations
Plans change, and we build in flexibility wherever we can. If you need to change or cancel a booking, tell us as soon as possible. Some services and partners (for example certain hotels during peak season, or event fleets) may carry their own change or cancellation conditions, which we will share with you before you confirm.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate trip details, including correct dates, flight numbers, and party size.
- Hold valid travel documents, visas, and any insurance you need for Lebanon.
- Treat our team and partners, and their vehicles and property, with reasonable care.
Third-party providers
Where we arrange a service delivered by a third party, that provider is responsible for the service they perform. We choose partners we trust and have worked with, and we coordinate on your behalf, but we are not the carrier or hotelier and do not control every aspect of their performance.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by Lebanese law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and disruptions outside our reasonable control (for example weather, road conditions, flight changes, or events of force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Lebanese law.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of this website belong to 961Connect and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
